UNICEF Helps Infants Thrive in Iraq

A mother and her tiny infant rest in the Ahmedi Hospital in Northern Iraq. UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) officials visited the hospital to review the implementation of the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI), a staff training plan that aims to improve health services for infants.
