“Iraq Briefing Book” Presented in Baghdad
Nuri al-Maliki, Prime Minister of Iraq, is seen through a video camera as he speaks at a conference on the “Iraq Briefing Book”, in Baghdad. Outlining policy issues of mutual interest to Iraq and its international partners, the book was submitted to Mr. al-Maliki by the UN Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), on be behalf of the International Partners Forum, in early 2011.
