Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq (IHEC) Holds First Scientific Conference
Participants work during the First Scientific Conference held by the Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq (IHEC). The Conference has attracted a large number of academics from several universities in Iraq who came to discuss how IHEC can improve its role in the electoral processes in the country. The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) are also among the participants of the two-day seminar.
