Prime Minister of Western Samoa Presented with Three UN Films
The Prime Minister of Western Samoa, Fiame Mataafa Foumuina Mulinu’u II was presented today with three United Nations films as a tribute to the people of Samoa and their forthcoming independence, scheduled for 1 January 1962. The presentation was made by Dr. Hernane Tavares de Sa, Under-Secretary for the UN Office of Public Information. The three films are: “The Charter,” “The General Assembly,” and “The Trusteeship Council”.
