Observance of First Anniversary of Attack on UN Headquarters in Baghdad
A special memorial ceremony was held at the United Nations Force in Cyprus ( UNFICYP) headquarters in Nicosia this morning for the 22 UN staff members who died in the Baghdad bombing a year ago today.
Acting Special Representative of the Secretary General, Zbigniew Wlosowicz, the UNIFYCP Chief of Mission, reads the Secretary-General's message to mark the anniversary.
