IDPs Build Shelters in Democratic Republic of the Congo

Internally displaced persons (IDPs) build makeshift shelters in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. A Civil Affairs unit from the UN Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUC) and local NGOs organized an emergency humanitarian assessment mission for the area.
