United Nations Day Concert by the Liege Philharmonic of Belgium

Pierre Bartholomée conducts the Liege Philharmonic of Belgium in the United Nations Day Concert in the General Assembly Hall. The orchestra, which was founded in 1960 and has performed all over Europe, is making its United States debut. Under Mr. Bartholomée’s direction, its recordings and performances have covered a wide range from Classical and Romantic to Twentieth Century compositions.
