United Nations Day Concert, 1985
The NHK Symphony Orchestra of Japan, under the direction of Yuro Toyami performed at the UN Day Concert (in the General Assembly Hall) on 25 October. The soloists were Yehudi Menuhin and Jin Li. Among the items in the programme was the “Hymn to the United Nations” by Pablo Casals.
