Fourth Committee Continues Questioning of Petitioner on Conditions in Southern Rhodesia
The Fourth (Trusteeship) Committee this afternoon continued its hearing of the Reverend Michael Scott, a petitioner, concerning the question of Southern Rhodesia. Mr. Scott replied to questions asked by the representatives of Yugoslavia, Ghana, Jamaica, Tanganyika, Nigeria, the United Arab Republic, and Mali. During the questioning, the Committee also heard the representative of
the United Kingdom, who spoke in exercise of his right of reply
to certain statements made by the petitioner.
