United Nations Conducts Technical Assistance Training Programme for Government Officials
An eight-week training programme on the fundamentals of technical assistance opened here on 18 September 1964 for government officials from 14 developing countries. The programme is to provide the participants with a basic knowledge of the principles, methods and procedures of technical assistance carried out by the United Nations throughout the world.
