Description
The people of Sahelian Africa are recovering from a catastrophic drought which took place during the mid-1982. This documentary focuses on the Niger where communities are charting new paths to find ways to minimize the risk of a repeat of the tragedy. In the film we meet the ordinary people of the Niger, as well as the people responsible for rural development, and hear of their hopes and plans.
